I haven't completed a Pokedex entry for a while, so here's a speed paint for you!
I really couldn't stand the thought of painting another "Cute Pikachu" to add to the hordes of them out there, so I roughed this guy up a little to see what would happen... I'm not gonna lie, he got a little ticked off.
Wacom Intuos 4 and Painter SAI.
